San Lucas needed a complete digital transformation that balanced patient-centered usability with a professional and trustworthy brand identity. Their existing platform was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked cohesive design thinking. The challenge was to:
Design an intuitive system for patients to easily book appointments, access medical records, and find doctors.
Ensure compliance with medical standards and accessibility requirements.
Build a strong brand identity that reflects reliability, care, and modern healthcare values.
Results
The project focuses on creating a patient-first interface to make appointment booking seamless while strengthening San Lucas’ brand presence. Early progress shows promising improvements in usability and trust.
