Overview
Rosh Interiors required a modern digital presence that reflected the quality of its interior projects while building trust with residential and commercial clients.
Instead of creating a completely custom experience, the focus was on crafting a premium portfolio website, refining the brand presentation, and delivering a scalable Framer-based system that balances visual storytelling, performance, and maintainability.
Problems Identified
The existing digital presence wasn't effectively representing the company's premium services.
Weak First Impression: Outdated visuals reduced perceived brand quality.
Limited Portfolio Showcase: Completed projects lacked proper presentation.
Low Lead Generation: The website didn't effectively encourage inquiries.
Difficult Content Updates: Maintaining projects and content wasn't scalable.

Approach
Using Framer and the Astoria template, I customized the experience to align with the company's branding while keeping the system scalable and easy to maintain.
The focus was on premium visuals, structured content, responsive layouts, and performance optimization to create a modern portfolio-driven website.
Brand Alignment: Refined colors, typography, and layouts for a premium identity.
Portfolio Focus: Structured projects to highlight completed interior work.
CMS Setup: Built reusable content collections for easy future updates.
Performance: Optimized images, responsiveness, and page speed.
SEO Foundation: Configured metadata, URLs, and on-page SEO basics.
Key Decisions
Focused on creating a premium experience without unnecessary complexity.
Visual-First Experience: Prioritized imagery over text for stronger storytelling.
Template Strategy: Customized Framer's Astoria template for faster delivery.
Scalable CMS: Structured collections for projects and future growth.
Performance Focus: Balanced visual richness with loading speed.
Minimal Design System: Used clean layouts, spacing, and restrained color accents.
